In fashion, SHOWstudio interview

Anna De La Russo, Editor at Large and Creative Consultant for Japanese Vogue, is such an inspiration for me. She's such a powerful force in the fashion industry, has an unabashed fashion sense and is completely self made. This re-post from her bog contains a beautiful video interview from SHOWstudio. Please enjoy.

Interview by Alex Fury 20 September 2010
Our latest In Fashion interview profiles a woman who seems to be at the front
of everyone's minds, a name on the tip of everyone's tongues,
and a look at the top of everyone's best dressed list -
the indefatigable, inimitable and incredible Anna Dello Russo.
Dello Russo's rise to fame as the self-declared 'passionate fashionista' everyone loves seems meteoric, exploding from a
fashion insider to a public figurehead for the industry.
In the last year alone she has released a perfume, graced the cover and lead editorial of 10 Magazine and even stamped photographs of herself in her ten favourite outfits across a limited-edition range of t-shirts for yoox.com
(those sold out within a day).
However, Dello Russo herself describes her story as a Cinderella tale:
her day at the ball only came after almost two decades of near-invisibility,
working at Vogue Italia, L'Uomo Vogue and finally in her current position
as Editor at Large and Creative Consultant for Japanese Vogue.
